Cheaper Than Songfinch. Faster Than Songfinch. Different Tradeoff.

Made for the people and moments you love
The quick version
Price range
Songfinch starts at $199. AI alternatives (YourSongBox, OurSong, Songoven) are $20-$25. Human-written budget options like Songful ($49) and Custom Song Gift ($99) sit in the middle.
Delivery time
Songfinch takes 5-14 days. AI services deliver in minutes to an hour. Budget human services are 2-10 days. Your deadline determines the category.
Human vs AI
Songfinch and most premium services are human-written. AI services (YourSongBox, OurSong) use a music model. Both produce real, listenable songs, with different craft tradeoffs.

Who should pick what
Pick Songfinch if
You have $200+ and 1-2 weeks of runway, you specifically want a human songwriter's craft, and the gift isn't time-sensitive. Songfinch delivers beautiful human-written songs that are hard to beat if those conditions are true.
Pick YourSongBox if
The gift is time-sensitive, your budget is under $50, or you want to edit every lyric before you pay. Your $23.99 order includes two finished recordings, usually ready about 15 minutes after payment.
Pick Custom Song Gift or Songful if
You want a human songwriter but can't justify $200, and you have 2-10 days to wait. These sit in the middle, $49-$99 human-written tier.
Pick OurSong or Songoven if
They're very similar to us on price and speed. Try one, see if it works for you. We'd obviously prefer you try us first, but we're honest, the AI category has a few good options in the $20-$25 range.

FAQ
Is AI-generated music as good as human-written?
It depends on what you mean by 'good.' The instrumentation, mix, and vocal quality of modern AI music is indistinguishable from human production for most listeners. The lyrics are generally strong but can feel generic on the first pass, which is why we let you edit every line before finalising. Human-written songs have the edge on narrative craft and specific voice. If craft is the priority, go human. If speed and price are the priority, AI is the category.
Does Songfinch still use human songwriters or do they use AI now?
Songfinch uses human songwriters as of the time of writing. That's the core of their product and their pricing reflects it. If you want an AI alternative, you're choosing a different category, not a Songfinch feature swap.
Can I edit the lyrics if the AI gets something wrong?
On YourSongBox, yes. Edit every line free before you approve and pay. Your order includes two finished recordings, plus one audio remake round that creates two additional versions from the same lyrics.
Will the song sound like a real song or like a novelty?
Listen to our music library on this page. Every song is studio-produced with real vocals, mixed and mastered. Nothing sounds like a kid's birthday jingle. If you have a favourite genre, the AI matches it.
What if I buy from you and it's terrible?
You approve the lyrics before payment, and they are locked once the recordings are made. If the sound is not right, use the included audio remake round for two additional versions. If there is still a problem, contact hello@cvpkdigitalstudio.com.
