    YourSongBox provides AI-generated personalized audio messages and mini-songs ("SongBoxes") based on user-submitted text and preferences.

    The Service includes:

    • User-submitted messages and personalization parameters
    • Automated generation of a custom audio file
    • Delivery of the SongBox via email or download link
    • Optional premium features or upgraded versions of the SongBox

    YourSongBox provides creative content for entertainment and gifting purposes only. We do not guarantee emotional impact, similarity to specific artists, or suitability for professional use.

    3. Eligibility and Access

    To use the Service, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old
    • Have the legal right to enter a binding agreement
    • Provide a valid email address
    • Submit only content that you have the right to use
    • Not upload or submit harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content

    You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit.

    4. Plans, Pricing, and Payments

    4.1 Free Experience (if applicable)

    We may offer a free preview or limited version of the SongBox.

    Free features can be changed or discontinued at any time.

    4.2 Paid SongBox

    Users may purchase a premium SongBox, which typically includes:

    • A fully generated personalized audio file
    • Additional stylistic or emotional variations
    • Priority processing and delivery

    Pricing is displayed on the checkout page and may change at any time.

    4.3 Billing and Payment

    • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
    • Prices are in USD and may exclude taxes where applicable.
    • Fees are non-refundable once the audio file has been generated and delivered, except where required by law.

    4.4 EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

    If you reside in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day withdrawal right unless the Service has already been fully delivered.

    By confirming your purchase and receiving your SongBox immediately, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree NOT to:

    • Submit messages containing illegal, hateful, or harmful content
    • Misuse the Service for harassment, impersonation, or fraud
    • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract prompts, models, or internal systems
    • Attempt to regenerate or publish SongBoxes for commercial resale
    • Use SongBoxes in misleading contexts without attribution (e.g., implying a human artist wrote them)

    We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

    6. Privacy and Data Protection

    6.1 Data Controller

    The Service is operated by CVPK Digital Studio LLC, with data stored and processed primarily in the European Union (Sweden).

    6.2 Personal Data Collected

    We collect:

    • Email address
    • Sender and recipient names (optional)
    • The message and personalization inputs you submit
    • AI-generated audio output
    • Transaction and payment metadata

    We do not collect sensitive personal data.

    6.3 How We Use Data

    Data is used to:

    • Generate and deliver your SongBox
    • Process payments
    • Improve model performance and service reliability
    • Respond to customer support inquiries

    We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

    6.4 Retention

    • Personalization content + audio files: up to 90 days
    • Payment records: 7 years (legal compliance)

    6.5 Song Download Window

    Important: Generated song files are available for streaming and download for 15 days from the date of creation. After this period, the streaming URLs will expire and the files will no longer be accessible. We strongly recommend downloading your songs immediately after purchase to ensure you have permanent copies.

    YourSongBox is not responsible for songs that are not downloaded within the 15-day window.

    6.6 Third-Party Processors

    We rely on trusted providers for hosting, AI processing, and payments (e.g., Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI). All are GDPR-compliant and maintain adequate data protection standards.

    7. Intellectual Property

    • All software, systems, AI prompts, branding, and platform content belong to CVPK Digital Studio LLC.
    • You retain ownership of the text or content you submit to personalize your SongBox.
    • You grant us a temporary, limited license to process this content for the purpose of generating the audio file.
    • The generated SongBox is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise stated.

    "YourSongBox" and its visual branding are trademarks or pending trademarks of CVPK Digital Studio LLC.

    8. Service Availability

    We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to:

    • Maintenance
    • Hosting or AI provider downtime
    • Network issues

    We are not liable for damages caused by outages or delays.

    9. Liability

    9.1 Disclaimer

    SongBoxes are AI-generated. We cannot guarantee:

    • Perfect accuracy
    • Emotional relevance
    • Artistic quality
    • The suitability of the content for a particular purpose

    The Service is provided "as is."

    9.2 Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent allowed by law:

    • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim
    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    9.3 Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

    • Unauthorized use of the Service
    • Illegal or harmful content submitted by you
    • Violation of these Terms

    10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

    For paid purchases:

    • Your license to the SongBox continues after delivery
    • Termination does not entitle you to a refund

    Upon termination, we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

    11. Compliance

    You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including copyright, privacy, and consumer protection regulations.

    You warrant that your submitted content does not infringe the rights of third parties.

    12. Dispute Resolution

    12.1 EU/EEA & UK Customers

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

    You may bring claims in Sweden or in your country of residence.

    12.2 USA & Other Customers

    For all other users, these Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA.

    Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of New York courts.

    13. General Provisions

    • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between us.
    • Severability: Invalid clauses will be replaced by valid ones matching intent.
    • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
    • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in case of sale or merger.

    • Survival: IP, liability, and dispute clauses remain valid after termination.
