My song never arrived

If it's been more than 30 minutes since you paid, email us with your order ID. We can almost always recover stuck orders within a few minutes.

I want a refund

We offer free regenerations if you don't love the first take. If the song still isn't right after a couple of tries, email us and we'll work something out.

Delete my account or my data

Email support@yoursongbox.com and ask us to delete your account or your order data. We'll do it within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for the full data handling details.

Can I use the song commercially?

Personal use is included. For commercial licensing, email us and tell us what you have in mind.
